Graduated in hotel management and gastronomy, she worked in hotels and restaurants, with a postgraduate degree in marketing and in the retail sector (food, fashion, shopping malls, franchise chains).


Bianca has always seen food as a connection between people, the environment and the possibility of a purpose to transform the world.

CRISTINA FRANGE

Graduated in social work and psychology, she has worked with Human Rights for over a decade.
Cristina also specializes in translation, languages and cultures. Today, she is the Brazilian Portuguese language manager at Netflix - responsible for the tone and voice of Netflix in Brazil.

 

Cuíca is the synthesis of the experience and skills of both to create a brand with a strong and transformative purpose.

Our mission is to create products that respect nature, promote sustainability and generate a positive impact on both the environment and local communities. CUÍCA is a Foodtech that develops healthy, nutritious and tasty foods and beverages with plant-based ingredients from Brazilian biomes, fostering environmental and social impact.

Nutritional problems, obesity and other diseases are a reflection of a society that has lived for a long time consuming ultra-processed foods, harmful fats and empty calories.
Brazilian biomes have countless healthy and natural fruits, plants and microorganisms that are still unexplored and known to the world.
Deforestation of the Amazon and other forests is caused by large-scale monoculture and lack of oversight.
