RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our mission is to ensure that our Cuíca arrives to you in perfect condition and that your shopping experience is the best possible. If you have any non-compliance, check our policies below:
Incomplete request
If your order has arrived and a product is missing, send an email to bianca@cuicabrasil.com with your CPF, informing which item was not received. We will understand what happened and send what is missing!
Wrong product
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at bianca@cuicabrasil.com, including the invoice number and details of the product received and what should have been sent. We will look into the situation and help resolve the issue!
Delayed product
If your order is delayed, please send an email to bianca@cuicabraisl.com with your CPF. With this information, we will forward it to the responsible team, who will contact the carrier to check the location of your order!
I want to exchange a product
Within 7 days, having purchased directly from the Cuíca website, in accordance with art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
If you wish to exchange a product, please send an email to bianca@cuicabrasil.com with your order number and the information about the item you wish to exchange, as well as what you would like to receive in return. We will check the status of your order and get back to you with the details of the return.
Reimbursement
When you can request a refund:
• When the product arrives defective or broken.
• When you cancel your purchase and wish to return the product within 7 working days of receipt.
The refund will be processed according to the payment method used. For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be requested from the administrator and may take one to two invoices to be completed.
IMPORTANT: The process of making the refund on your statement is the responsibility of the card administrator.
